All our lounges come with a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on foam, springs and upholstery. It covers manufacturing faults, not normal wear, accidental damage or misuse.

To make a claim, email info@oralivin.com.au with your order number and photos. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (a pickup fee applies). Opened items can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our full returns policy for details.

Vacuum regularly with a soft brush, plump and rotate cushions often, keep out of direct sunlight, and blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth. Always check the care label for your fabric or leather.
