Shipping policy

Free local delivery
Ready to ship lounges are delivered free within 15 km of our Hoppers Crossing showroom, usually within 3 days of your order.

Outside 15 km
We deliver further across Melbourne for a fee based on distance. Use the postcode checker on any product page for a price, or call us on 0414 212 438.

Pre-order and made to order
Pre-order lounges are delivered as soon as the shipment arrives. Made to order lounges take 12 to 14 weeks. We'll keep you updated along the way.

Damaged on arrival?
Please check your lounge when it's delivered. If anything is damaged, let us know straight away on 0414 212 438 or info@oralivin.com.au, with photos and we'll make it right.
