Our warranty
All Ora Livin lounges come with a 5-year warranty on the frame, 3-year warranty on electronics and a 1-year warranty on foam, springs and upholstery, from the date of delivery.

What’s covered
Manufacturing faults in materials or components.

What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, sun fading, and damage from pets or incorrect cleaning.

How to claim
Email info@oralivin.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We’ll be in touch to arrange an inspection, repair or replacement.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
